Give Back Networking – Terms & Conditions

Give Back Networking is a trading name of 91D Ltd (Company No. 12768586), registered in England and Wales.

1. Membership & Attendance

Membership or event attendance is open to business owners and professionals who wish to network and support our partner(s).

Places are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership or event access at our discretion.

2. Payments

All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.

Membership fees (if applicable) are collected on a subscription basis. Failure to keep payments up to date may result in suspension of access.

3. Charitable Contributions

A portion of the membership/event fee is donated directly to our partners.

Give Back Networking is not itself a charity, but acts as a facilitator for these donations.

4. Conduct

Members and guests are expected to act professionally, respectfully, and in line with our community values.

Aggressive selling, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the group without refund.

5. Events & Content

We may take photos or videos at events for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to this unless you notify us otherwise.

Any guest speakers or content provided at events are for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

6. Cancellations

If you cannot attend an event you have booked, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your place to another person with our agreement.

Membership cancellations require at least 30 days’ written notice. Any outstanding fees remain payable.

7. Liability

Attendance at events is at your own risk. Give Back Networking accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury, except where required by law.

We are not responsible for any business dealings, relationships, or outcomes that arise from introductions at our events.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes, power outages, pandemics, or extreme weather).

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
